The Mobility Postpaid Brand Strategy team is focused on developing and delivering the mid to long-term strategies for TELUS and Koodo Mobility brands and products. We aim to optimize and evolve the value propositions across rate plan suites, device programs, multi-user constructs, rewards programs, and service experiences. Our ultimate goal is to drive brand differentiation, and improve Mobility EBITDA and Household Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by enhancing and simplifying product journeys and ensuring the optimal introduction of new products into the market.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Program Manager to join the TELUS and Koodo Mobility Brand and Marketing Strategy team. This role is essential for bringing structure, clarity, and discipline to our critical marketing programs and projects.
You will own the program management framework and execution for the team's initiatives, driving momentum from planning through execution. You will be the central pivot point, ensuring all activities, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies are tracked, communicated, and delivered on time. This role requires an "ownership" mentality and a commitment to maintaining the highest standard of project governance.
