About this role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who will play a key role in the introduction of new products, active market development, and strategic growth decision-making across West Europe. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly forming team, influence commercial strategy from the early stages, and grow together with the company.

 

Teltonika’s security business unit designs and manufactures advanced electronic devices for intrusion detection and building protection as well as car alarm systems. Our products are used in residential, commercial environments to enhance safety and provide intelligent monitoring. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we aim to set new benchmarks in the security industry.

 

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.

 

In this role you will:

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential, target segments, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead and actively participate in the go-to-market strategy for new products.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily communication, presentations, and frequent business visits.
  • Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms, and ensure contracts are closed to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Attend international exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings abroad, representing Teltonika Security Systems, its products, and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical support team and product specialists to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to management, contributing to strategic sales and business development decisions.

  

What we expect of you: 

  • 2+ years of active B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written). 
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, with a clear understanding of how to successfully enter and develop new markets.
  • An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge driven personality. 
  • The ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering the market. 
  • Strong presentation, business communication skills. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills, organizational proficiency, and expertise in business project management. 
  • Strong ownership mindset with a high level of responsibility, capable of working independently in a fast-growing, self-directed environment.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.

 

Salary

 

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~2500 Eur—3000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

 

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
