About this role

Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing TLT Electronics international Sales team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The role will focus on supporting the commercial launch and growth of our electronics manufacturing services in the Asia-Pacific region, with a strong emphasis on Vietnam-based production and regional customer development.

In this position, you will:

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying target clients and their needs, find opportunities for market growth.
  • Build relationships with new clients through daily outreach, cold calling, preparing presentations, frequent visits and business case analysis.
  • Prepare commercial offers and manage contract proceses achieve assigned sales development goals.
  • Represent electronics manufacturing services in exhibitions/meetings.
  • Work and report to sales group manager and collaborate with Key account managers to achieve results.
  • Work with internal Customer Relationship Management system and process client information.

 

 

What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in contract manufacturing or industrial manufacturing environments (EMS / PCBA experience is a strong advantage).
  • Previous exposure to international or APAC-related sales activities is considered a significant plus.
  • Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).
  • An organized and results-oriented approach with a challenge-driven personality.
  • The ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering the market.
  • Strong presentation, business communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, organizational proficiency, and expertise in business project management.
  • Driving license and ability to travel.
  • Willingness to travel within APAC.

Salary

 

Recognizing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €20/hour - €25/hour (€ 3 360 – 4 200 per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

* The employment contract states a fixed hourly salary before taxes
