<div class="p-rich_text_section">We are looking for a dedicated <strong data-stringify-type="bold">Messaging Compliance Specialist</strong> to serve as our primary authority on Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging standards. In this role, you will bridge the gap between regulatory requirements, technical implementation, and customer success. You will ensure that our platform and our clients remain compliant with the ever-evolving landscape of the messaging ecosystem while helping to build the tools that make compliance seamless.</div>
<h3 class="p-rich_text_section"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Subject Matter Expertise:</strong> Become the internal and external "source of truth" for A2P Messaging Compliance, staying ahead of industry shifts and regulatory updates.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Customer Advocacy:</strong> Act as the primary customer-facing resource for all compliance-related inquiries. You will guide clients through onboarding, vetting processes, and best-practice adoption.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, and Legal) to ensure messaging strategies align with carrier requirements and industry standards.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Product Development & QA:</strong> Work directly with developers to define and implement new messaging features. You will be responsible for QA testing these features to ensure they meet both functional requirements and compliance benchmarks.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Technical Enablement:</strong> Use <strong data-stringify-type="bold">Claude Code</strong> to streamline workflows, analyze data, or assist in technical documentation and troubleshooting.</li>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Technical Proficiency:</strong> Demonstrated experience working with <strong data-stringify-type="bold">Claude Code</strong> or similar AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and technical output.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Organizational Prowess:</strong> Ability to manage multiple projects, customer tickets, and development sprints without letting details slip through the cracks.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Problem-Solving Mindset:</strong> A proactive approach to identifying potential compliance bottlenecks before they impact the customer.</li>
