Solution Sales Executive

Do you dream of being part of a successful team and working with cutting-edge technology? We’re looking for a Solution Sales Executive ready to take the next step in their career. Is that you?

As a Solution Sales Executive at Telia, you will be responsible for selling groundbreaking technology solutions to new and existing business customers in the region. You will act as an internal project manager for tailored technology solutions for your clients, while also receiving support from specialists in the field.

Our development programs will certify you in sales, and together with your team, you’ll take part in motivating competitions and awards.

What you’ll do:

  • Selling future-oriented technological solutions to the business market, including IT and security services, and guiding our customers through digitalization.

  • Upselling new products and presenting new solutions to existing customers in collaboration with a dedicated customer team.

  • Contributing to the success of a professional sales and delivery team.

What will help you thrive in this role:

You may have a secondary education in economics/marketing. Equivalent experience can compensate for lack of formal education. Additionally, you have a few years of experience in a role such as area sales manager, account manager, consultant, or similar. In that context, you have experience with sales, customer meetings, solution selling, and value-based sales. It’s important that you can identify customer needs. You’re also familiar with CRM systems and have an interest in tomorrow’s technology.

As a person, you are proactive and independent, while also being structured and organized. You have strong communication skills and are fluent in both Norwegian and English. You are a skilled relationship builder with a confident presence, and you show empathy toward your customers. You have a strong focus on quality and are motivated by delivering great results.
