We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join us at Telia.

We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on designing and optimizing Salesforce solutions that empower Telia teams to deliver innovative, connected digital services.

What you’ll do:

You’ll focus on understanding business needs and shaping Salesforce solutions that improve processes, collaboration, and customer experiences. You will:

• Analyze business needs, map processes, and translate them into clear Salesforce requirements.

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions and support configuration aligned with best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery and cross‑team alignment across projects.

• Support users through documentation, training, and continuous improvements (plus: work with Communications Cloud improvements).

What will help you thrive in this role:

We’re looking for a proactive, curious team player who enjoys solving complex problems and turning ideas into practical improvements. You also need:

• Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirement gathering in IT or CRM contexts.

• Ability to work in Agile/SAFe environments, manage stakeholders, and turn business needs into practical solutions.

• Fluency in English.

• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and adaptability skills.

Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and Communications Cloud (Vlocity) would be considered as an advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position - 3100 - 4600 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonus. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
