Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Mandarin Speaker is preferred for this position.• Experience in an IT support or engineering role.• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles.• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Endpoint device troubleshooting• Understanding of Enterprise IT Environment• Familiarity with the industry environment and setting is a plus.• Good communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of devices for deployment• Perform administration of Active Directory as needed• Perform basic troubleshooting for device related issues• Assists in the IT Asset management task• Support the site during outages or preventive maintenance activities• Support project deliverables• Adhere to compliance posture and regulations
