Tvoji zadaci:

Realizacija aktivnosti promocije privatnim korisnicima:

  • promovišeš servise, usluge i aktuelne kampanje u direktnom kontaktu sa korisnicima na prodajnim mestima
  • promovišeš servise, usluge i aktuelne kampanje telefonskim putem i van prodajnih mesta
  • promovišeš uređaje i dodatnu opremu u direktnom kontaktu sa korisnicima na prodajnim mestima
  • pružaš podršku korisnicima u podešavanju uređaja i aplikacija
  • upravljaš redovima čekanja korisnika

 

Realizacija aktivnosti podrške tim lideru:

  • proveravaš raspoloživost i urednost marketinškog materijala
  • proveravaš dostupnost i urednost obavezne poslovne dokumentacije
  • proveravaš izloženost i urednost dodatne opreme
  • arhiviraš ugovornu dokumentaciju
  • štampaš račune korisnicima
  • popisuješ vraćenu terminalnu opremu i pripremaš je za reparacioni magacin
