Tvoji zadaci:

  • Pružanje informacija i prodaja usluga postojećim i potencijalnim korisnicima telefonski putem
  • Pružanje servisne podrške korisnicima
  • Evidentiranje, realizacija i distribucija korisničkih zahteva
  • Obezbeđivanje pozitivnog iskustva korisnika
  • Smenski rad

 

Za dobar početak je potrebno:

  • Minimun IV stepen stručne spreme
  • Dobre komunikacione veštine, orijentacija ka korisniku
  • Zainteresovanost za nove tehnologije
  • Uspešno završena stručna obuka u Telekomu Srbija
