Latin America - The Latin America Region of Teleflex is headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, and supports our customers, distributors, sales managers and specialists in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Puerto Rico. Position Summary

The Sales Specialist – Have responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with direct customers. This role focuses on prospecting, selling, and servicing accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Manage and grow direct accounts, distributors, and dealers to drive territory growth and sell-out performance
•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding the customer base
•    Manage territory performance to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
•    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and partner networks
•    Conduct regular field visits, follow-ups, and product training sessions for dealers and field teams
•    Provide technical and commercial support with strong knowledge of vascular procedures, products, and competitors
•    Develop and execute territory sales plans and strategies
•    Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to support demand generation and order fulfillment
•    Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback
•    Accurately track, analyze, and report sales activities and customer data in SF systems
•    Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, training programs, and industry events

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s Degree required (Nursing degree preferred)
•    Previous experience in vascular access companies will be considered an advantage
•    5–7 years of proven sales experience in a related environment
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
•    Basic proficiency in CRM/Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
