Position Summary

In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie den Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Teleflex Urologie-Portfolios in Ostösterreich. Sie arbeiten eng mit Krankenhäusern, niedergelassenen Urolog:innen und Fachhändlern zusammen und bauen langfristige, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kunden sowie Gewinnung neuer Kunden
•    Aktive Marktbeobachtung in Kliniken, Ordinationen und bei Fachhändlern
•    Präsentation und 
•    Verkauf unserer Produkte im klinischen und Homecare-Umfeld
•    Schulung und Unterstützung von Anwender:innen im Arbeitsalltag
•    Teilnahme an Messen, Kongressen und Kundenevents
•    Dokumentation der Aktivitäten im CRM-System

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Kaufmännischer Abschluss oder Ausbildung im medizinischen Bereich 
•    Vertriebserfahrung in der Medizintechnik ist wünschenswert (aber kein Muss)
•    Grundlegende medizinische oder paramedizinische Ausbildung wünschenswert
•    Interesse am Gesundheitswesen und medizinischen Produkten
•    Freude am Vertrieb und am Umgang mit Menschen
•    Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
•    Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Verkaufsgebietes
•    Gute Englischkenntnisse
•    Führerschein Klasse B

Wir bieten Ihnen eine unbefristete Stelle und eine Einstufung in Gruppe E gemäß Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte und Lehrlinge in Handelsbetrieben. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt beträgt € 3.437,– brutto pro Monat (Vollzeitbasis 38,5 h). Eine Überzahlung ist vorgesehen, wir garantieren ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens € 65.000,–. Zusätzlich bieten wir einen Bonus sowie einen Firmenwagen.
