Position Summary

We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and collaborative Market Development Manager to accelerate the success of our Urology Care and Interventional Urology portfolio across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. This is a high-impact role where you play a critical role in shaping local marketing strategies, drive adoption, and contribute to international projects across EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity for a someone with initial marketing expertise to rapidly evolve their expertise in a collaborative international team at an exciting time of its evolution. The position is a remote-based position with approximately 30% travel.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Identify market barriers and growth opportunities through research and analysis
•    Design and execute direct-to-consumer, HCP, and co-marketing campaigns to boost awareness and adoption
•    Lead and support product launches and updates with tailored marketing materials and training
•    Adapt and localize marketing content to meet market-specific needs
•    Partner with sales teams to define and execute commercial strategies that drive measurable impact
•    Build and leverage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify marketing efforts
•    Organize and attend national, regional, and international events and congresses
•    Collaborate with EMEA strategic and digital marketing teams to develop and implement initiatives and campaigns 
•    Provide local insights to upstream marketing and support VOC (Voice of Customer) initiatives
•    Oversee local product management tasks including registrations, system integration, and documentation
•    Support product rationalization efforts with clear communication and support materials
•    Partner with Clinical & Medical Affairs to develop impactful education programs and events
•    Work cross-functionally with compliance, R&D, market access, and finance to ensure optimized and compliant execution

Education / Experience Requirements

•    A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a commercial, medical, or technical field; a master’s degree is a plus
•    2-3 years proven experience in marketing, product management, or business development, ideally within healthcare or MedTech
•    Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
•    Collaborative and team-oriented approach
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Fluency in German and English is essential
•    Willingness to travel across the DACH region and occasionally within EMEA

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 30%.
