Position Summary
Der Contract & Tender Specialist (m/w/d) unterstützt die Abteilung beim Vertrags- und Ausschreibungsmanagement sowie bei der Preisgestaltung durch die effektive Verwaltung des Vertrags- und Preispflegeprozesses. Das Vertrags- und Preismanagement ist ein entscheidender Erfolgsfaktor für die Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses, indem sichergestellt wird, dass die Vertrags- und Preisdaten jederzeit korrekt gepflegt werden. In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie die zuständigen Commercial Teams bei der Erzielung eines konsistenten, qualitativ hochwertigen Serviceniveaus und bei der Umsetzung von Initiativen zur Umsatzsteigerung. #LI-hybrid #LI-UH1
Principal Responsibilities
Aufgaben innerhalb der Abteilung Vertragsmanagement:
• Direkte Betreuung und Ansprechpartner der GPOs (Einkaufsgemeinschaften), Einkaufsgruppen, Key Customer und Projektkunden in sämtlichen Fragen sowie deren anschließenden Kommunikation
• Ansprechpartner für GPOs (Einkaufsgemeinschaften) Preislisten sowie anderer Kundenpreislisten; beinhaltet das Erstellen und Verwalten sämtlicher Preislisten und Artikelstammdaten, auch hinsichtlich vorgegebener Dateiformate
• Ansprechpartner für Umsatzanalysen und Auswertungen im Rahmen der Tätigkeit; beinhaltet das Erstellen sämtlicher Umsatzanalysen auch hinsichtlich vorgegebener Dateiformate
• Unterstützung und Mitarbeit im Zusammenhang mit den „Boni“ - Verträgen; nachhalten inkl. interner Datennachbereitung (Bonuscontrolling und Bonusabrechnung)
• Ansprechpartner und Unterstützung für den Außendienst, Customer Service sowie Sales- und Contract Manager im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
• Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen und Angebotsverfahren in Abstimmung mit der Verkaufsleitung
• Vergaberecht
• Vertretung der Kollegen und Kolleginnen in der Abt. Vertragsmanagement und Preisgestaltung bei Abwesenheit.
Education / Experience Requirements
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Verlässlichkeit und Sorgfalt
• Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Gute MSO-Kenntnisse (Word, Power-Point, Microsoft Teams)
• Methodische und strukturierte sowie detaillierte Herangehensweise
• Erfahrung mit SAP, Vistex und GPOs (Einkaufsgruppen)-Datenpflege von Vorteil
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
