**Must be local to NYC area - hybrid position

The Nuvolo Solutions Integration Engineer will support the Nuvolo–ServiceNow integration, and requires a technical resource with Nuvolo application management and administration expertise. This role is essential for working with the ServiceNow vendor and the internal team to upgrade and maintain the Nuvolo–ServiceNow integration whenever the Nuvolo application is updated. The ServiceNow Nuvolo/CMDB team must be able to develop, test, and validate the integration to ensure Nuvolo and ServiceNow application compatibility and maintain data integrity across both platforms

• Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules (EAM, IWMS, Facilities, Space, Clinical Engineering, etc.) on the ServiceNow Asset Management, CMDB and platform.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Perform system integrations, data migration, and workflow automation within Nuvolo.

• Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and reports.

• Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workplace operations and improve service delivery.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
