About this role

Overview

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented QA/QC Lead to support Inside Plant (ISP) quality operations within a high‑performance data center environment. This role ensures fiber installations, documentation, and construction practices meet strict standards for reliability, scalability, and compliance. You’ll conduct daily audits, guide teams on best practices, and manage project documentation using ACC or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily QA/QC audits of fiber routing, labeling, termination, and installation quality within ISP environments
  • Use ACC (Advanced Construction Controls) or similar tools for documentation, issue tracking, and project updates
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project‑specific QA/QC policies and procedures
  • Monitor in‑house and subcontractor work for contract compliance and risk mitigation
  • Conduct quality inspections and on‑site construction audits
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives across teams
  • Manage document control and maintain organized project records
  • Prepare QA plans for field construction activities
  • Complete required safety training and maintain safety compliance

Key Responsibilities Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of fiber optic cabling standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, etc.) and ISP infrastructure
  • Experience with QA/QC processes in data center or telecom environments
  • Proficiency with ACC or similar construction/project documentation platforms
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to field teams and management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

  • Prior QA/QC experience
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications industry
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rosemount, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
