Home Loan Processing Specialist

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Home Loan Processing Specialist to support various home lending channels. This entry-level role focuses on accurate data processing, document review, and workflow coordination to ensure smooth and compliant loan operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and validation
• Initiate third‑party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
• Review and verify loan documents
• Handle routine inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Monitor and manage work queues
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• First mortgage industry experience required
• Loan Processing and/or Underwriting
• Knowledge of Federal, State & Local regulations
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS
• Strong typing, organizational, and analytical skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
