About this role

Description

TEKsystems is looking to fill 2 Desktop Support Technician positions in Frankfort, KY. We are looking for knowledgeable, experienced technicians with great customer service skills. The candidates need to be experienced in desktop support: installation, troubleshooting, and repair/replace, in a primarily windows-based environment. The candidate also needs to have basic network troubleshooting skills.

 Excellent customer service and communication skills

 Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation

 Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow)

 Ability to work under pressure

 Hardware and software troubleshooting experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
