Anesthesia Coding Manager

<h3><strong>Lead & Support a Team</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide daily leadership to a team of 15–20 coding and billing professionals</li><li>Serve as the primary resource for anesthesia coding and billing questions</li><li>Conduct 1:1 meetings, mentor team members, and support professional development</li></ul><h3><strong>Ensure Accurate & Compliant Coding</strong></h3><ul><li>Oversee anesthesia billing across multiple payer types:</li><li><strong>Ensure accurate CPT, ASA</strong>, and ICD-10 coding</li><li>Review claim exception reports, clearinghouse details, and daily queues</li><li>Provide guidance on concurrency rules and anesthesia-specific billing requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong><p>Additional Skills & Qualifications<p>• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) desired.<p>• 3-5 years of anesthesiology coding and billing experience preferred or surgery <p>• Proficient in coding and billing claims software.<p>• Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.<p><strong>Experience Level</strong><p>Intermediate Level<p>#westpriority </p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Permanent position based out of Addison, TX.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
