Responsibilities & Qualifications

TekSynap is seeking a Senior Cyber Compliance Support Lead to oversee compliance inspections, cyber readiness program support, and development of SOPs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conduct cyber readiness visits (35+ ships/year). 

• Review compliance with Communications Tasking Orders (CTOs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and DoD/Navy policy. 

• Maintain readiness dashboards and Knowledge Management (KM) databases. 

• Draft and update cybersecurity SOPs and instructions. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor of Art or Bachelor ofScience degree.  (Preferred in Cybersecurity, IT, or related). 

• Eight (8) to Ten (!0) years experience in compliance inspections and readiness support. 

• Proficiency in: Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS); Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS); Host Based Security System (HBSS); Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM). 

• Experience in Navy compliance inspections. 

• Strong RMF expertise. 

• Clearance: Secret. 

• 8570 certification: IAM Level III. 

COMPETENCIES   

• Navy cyber compliance inspections. 

• Risk Management Framework (RMF). 

• eMASS. 

• Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM)/CTO tracking. 

• Policy development.
