Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES 

The ​​Program Analyst ​​is expected to be able to: 

  • Review the status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.  
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.  
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.  
  • Ensure contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract.  
  • Responsibilities may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.     

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Active Top Secret clearance with a CI Poly 
  • 6-9 years of relevant experience

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

 

  • One or more of the following certifications:
    • Certified Management Consultant (CMC)  
    • Program Management Professional (PgMP)

We are seeking a Program Analyst to join our TekSynap team, supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the Intelligence Community. The Program Analyst oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

  • Work schedule: “Normal work hours” constitute on average 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week (excluding breaks and meal periods) within standard operational hours occurring 0600-1800, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
  • Amount of Travel: 20%
