About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Node.js and blockchain technologies to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. You'll architect systems across Web3, decentralized applications, and modern backend infrastructure while mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Architect end-to-end solutions for blockchain, Web3, and Node.js-based applications
- Design scalable microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Lead technical decision-making on architecture, frameworks, and technology stack
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Evaluate and integrate blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
- Conduct architecture reviews, code audits, and performance optimization
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in blockchain, Web3, and backend technologies
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of software development and solution architecture experience
- Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and backend frameworks (Nest.js preferred)
- Strong experience with blockchain technologies and Web3 ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.)
- Proven track record designing scalable microservices and distributed systems
- Hands-on with smart contract development (Solidity, Rust) and blockchain integration
- Expertise in databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and caching layers (Redis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of system design, architectural patterns, and trade-offs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or decentralized protocols
- Knowledge of consensus mechanisms and blockchain infrastructure
- Familiarity with GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes
- Exposure to AI/ML integration in blockchain systems
