What will you do?

Teach undergraduate classes in the area of ​​Accounting and Finance, adhering to established institutional quality standards and creating opportunities for students to actively and responsibly participate in the construction and assessment of their learning.

Teach undergraduate classes adhering to academic quality standards and the premises of the Tec Educational Model, complying with academic and administrative regulations in a timely manner.

Remain proficient in the use of technology to support teaching and enrich student learning.

Develop and support the Department's strategic projects in the areas of consulting, student development, and business outreach to support the positioning of programs directly or indirectly served by the assigned department.

Participate in committees, academies, or projects at the department, division, campus, or system levels, as required, and conduct collegiate activities in which the student and other colleagues participate actively and professionally.

Your main challenges will be:

Impact on undergraduate and graduate students with an ECOAS score above 9.0

Participation in projects with strategic academic partners

Involvement in initiatives of the Accounting and Finance Department at the Guadalajara Campus.

What are we looking for?

PhD in Accounting (Essential).

Teaching experience.

International experience.

Advanced English (with a minimum TOEFL score of 550).
