Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tier 2 – Desk/Floor Support Technician to provide advanced technical support across a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is responsible for supporting end-users and VIP stakeholders, administering core IT systems, and ensuring the secure and uninterrupted operation of key infrastructure components including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, identity services, virtual desktop environments, and printing assets.
