Your Role

As Order Fulfillment & Logistics Manager, you are responsible for the seamless execution of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process - from order confirmation through delivery and installation (D&I). You ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience.
In this role, you actively manage third-party logistics partners (3PLs), optimize logistics costs, and support sales forecasting to drive sustainable business growth.

Your Impact

You will make a measurable impact by:
 
  • Owning the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring high customer satisfaction while optimizing cost to achieve reduction targets​.
  • Defining, implementing, and achieving KPIs related to TECHNOGYM CARE activities.
  • Proactively performance-managing  3PL partners, ensuring full SLA compliance, with monthly Business Review meetings to achieve an excellent delivery & installation experience.
  • Partnering closely with Sales to reduce backlog and slippage and support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Ensuring accurate, compliant invoicing in line with local fiscal regulations and IFRS Group Revenue Recognition policies.
  • Supporting the Country Manager with reliable sales forecasts (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual).
  • Ensuring high data quality and consistency across order processing and portfolio management.
  • Driving an effective Close-the-Loop process aligned with Technogym standards and policies.
  • Promoting strong governance, compliance, and internal controls within the OTC process.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics cost optimization, stock efficiency, and lean OTC processes.
  • Building, developing, and leading a high-performing, customer-focused, and engaged team.

About You

About You
You are passionate about fitness and wellbeing, proactive and enthusiastic, yet pragmatic, ethical, and grounded. You combine a hands-on mindset with strategic thinking, lead by example, and act as a true change agent. Empathy and collaboration come naturally to you.
 
What You Bring
 
  • Proven experience in Order Fulfillment, Logistics Management, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience, with clear ownership of end-to-end logistics and fulfillment processes.
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, delivery & installation, and international/import logistics.
  • Strong financial and cost management skills.
  • Excellent capabilities in project management, problem-solving, negotiation, and data analysis.
  • Inspirational leadership style with strong people management skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Advanced MS Office skills and hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems.
