Job Description
- Assists in the daily administration of projects.
- Participates, within areas of responsibilities, in the development of engineering and requisitioning as well as procurement, subcontracting, expediting, and associated testing, operations, and logistics activities, according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, budget, and contractual specifications.
- Assists in reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor: follow up on activity, critical deviation of activities, and/or potential risks.
- Enforces QHSES corporate policies within areas of responsibility.
- Coordinates the involvement of Group operating centers and partners working on the project for the assigned portion of work.
- Coordinates engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and operations.
- Participates in ensuring that vendors’ documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time.
- Assists in the preparation of documents required by contracts and authorities.
- Provides information and data necessary for activities within the disciplines' areas of responsibility.
- Participates in defining equipment lists.

- BS in Engineering
- Demonstrated solid basis in project management
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and diverse cultural environment
- Good command of English
