Maintain the agreed service levels for IT requests, provide high-value support to customers in accordance with established processes, monitor and report on local IT inventory and incident trends, formalize documentation, and support local activities with a strong focus on onsite assistance, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Install, configure, and perform maintenance on PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices
Respond to calls via phone, email, and ServiceNow, resolving level 1 incidents
Act as smart hands for servers, storage, network, and backup equipment
Support office moves and equipment relocation
Consult and guide users on hardware and software issues
Contribute to demand management and the evolution of applications/infrastructure
Monitor local IT inventory and formalize documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields
Experience in IT infrastructure and operations
