Executes procurement strategies for assigned components (goods and services) to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective products. Contributes to the management of strategic supplier relationships and actively participates in project mobilization to support successful execution.
Support the definition of sourcing strategies and execute procurement activities aligned with value stream goals.
Lead strategic quotation and purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements.
Ensure all necessary information is available for quotation requests.
Validate purchasing conditions against project or demand specifications.
Collaborate in supplier qualification and development processes.
Conduct negotiations and issue purchase orders within required timelines.
Monitor order execution, manage contractual adjustments, and resolve quality or compliance deviations.
Negotiate cost recovery for non-conformities with suppliers.
Lead local and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Act as a technical and strategic reference within the procurement team.
Execute high-complexity procurement activities.
Identify industrialization opportunities in sourcing and procurement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Experience in procurement.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Strong command of SAP
Intermediate skills in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Solid knowledge of production planning, supplier management, and negotiation techniques.
