We are seeking a International Mobility Specialist who will perform the following duties:

 

 - Assist in coordinating international employee transfers (expatriates, temporary assignments, permanent transfers, etc.). 

- Prepare and review contracts related to international assignments, ensuring they comply with internal policies and local regulations. 

- Assist in planning and executing relocation processes, including logistics, transportation, and accommodation. 

- Work with external vendors such as relocation agencies, immigration consultants, transportation companies, housing services, etc.

- Monitor the quality of services provided by vendors and ensure they meet established standards. 

- Assist in obtaining visas, work permits, and other documents required for international assignments. 

- Ensure employees comply with the legal and immigration regulations of the destination country. 

- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to international mobility. 

- Act as a point of contact for employees during international mobility processes, answering questions and providing guidance. 

- Provide information on mobility policies, benefits, and legal aspects related to international assignments. 

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in international relations, logistics, international trade, or related fields. 

- 5 years of experience in international environments, performing duties aligned with the position. 

- B2 English, native Spanish. Other languages ​​​​are a plus. 

- Eagerness to integrate into a multicultural and diverse environment, where you will constantly learn and develop your talents.
