Position Overview:

We are currently seeking Interns reporting directly to the Department Heads and functionally to the Talent Acquisition Managers, to join our Project Management teams based in the Chennai Location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project management team in day‑to‑day project activities and administrative tasks.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and documentation for project schedules and budgets.
  • Participate in project reviews, progress monitoring, and problem‑solving activities.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates as required.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional engineering teams to support project execution.
  • Perform quality checks and documentation audits under supervisor guidance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards during all tasks.
  • Learn and apply relevant project management tools (like MS Project or Jira) and methodologies.
  • Assist the HOD and project mentors as needed throughout the internship.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (planning, scheduling, and tracking).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with project tools or software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or Jira).
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Time‑management and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BBA / MBA in Operations or Project Management is preferred.
  • Candidates from the 2027 passout batch are preferred.
  • Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th, UG, and PG.
  • Must be without active backlogs or a history of arrears.
