Minimum Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in commercial AV integration (Crestron, Extron preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and email communication.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment, following processes and checklists.
- Skilled in system troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and customer training.
- Capable of lifting 40 lbs regularly (occasionally over 75 lbs) and working on ladders.
- Professional English proficiency with the ability to train technicians and ensure industry standards.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (25% - 50% of the time) for job site visits.
Preferred Certifications
- CTS Certification preferred, but not required
- OSHA 10
Pay Rate:
$27.00 - $34.00/hour
