About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building real solutions fast. You will work closely with customers, product, and AI engineers to design, build, and extend our platform, which is tightly integrated to our customer’s Salesforce orgs , often under real-world constraints and tight feedback loops.
In This Role You'll
- Be part of a team who builds AI-based platform that allows extending a Salesforce org rapidly
- Build AI agents, and backend capabilities that has deep interaction with the Salesforce metadata and custom code layers
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
- Rapidly build and modify Salesforce applications to support evolving customer needs.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and AI services using REST APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate closely with AI and platform engineers to translate customer use cases into scalable product features.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement pragmatic solutions quickly.
- Participate in architecture decisions and technical design discussions.
- Improve development workflows, automation, and deployment processes as the team scales.
Requirements
Must have:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in production environments.
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce data/security models.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations and APIs.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with minimal process overhead.
- Strong familiarity and proven experience with AI-coding tools like Cursor and Claude-code
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently drive solutions end-to-end.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with customers or customer-facing teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience in startups or small product teams.
- Experience working alongside AI, automation, or data platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and test automation.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture, etc.).
