The Role

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build and scale our demand engine. This is a hands-on role for a growth-oriented, AI-driven marketer who takes ownership, partners closely with global sales teams, and drives measurable pipeline impact in a global fintech environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, own, and continuously optimize the demand engine, driving qualified leads through to sales meetings using AI-powered automation and growth tools.
  • Own and execute end-to-end demand generation programs across multiple channels, including digital, content, outbound support, events, partnerships, and emerging growth channels.
  • Own the creative demand stack end-to-end — from concept to execution — building banners, teaser landing pages, ads, and campaign assets using modern AI-driven creative and marketing tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product to align messaging, positioning, and campaign execution across the funnel.
  • Support and adapt messaging and content localization for different regions, industries, and buyer personas.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, experiment with new ideas and channels, run rapid tests, and execute initiatives end-to-end with clear performance ownership.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Native-level English (written and spoken).
  • Curious, creative, and hungry to learn.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong technical foundation, including basic development skills.
  • Experience with AI-based marketing tools.
  • Proven team player with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Good to Have

  • Fluency in additional languages, particularly Chinese (Mandarin), is a strong advantage.
  • Experience marketing to international or cross-border audiences, and specific familiarity with East Asia markets (e.g., China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong).
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
