Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting an inspiring leader to step into a newly created role as Te Pākatitia - Principal Adviser, Māori within Te Pātaka Kōrero - The Library on a permanent contract. This is a rare opportunity to influence strategic direction, and shape library services to support successful outcomes for the University’s Māori community and its strategic priorities.

You are a strategic, inclusive thinker with a passion for Māori advancement and equity. You thrive in collaborative environments and your knowledge of Te Ao Māori informs your approach. You will have a strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application, ideally in a library and/or tertiary education environment.
