We are dedicated to excellence, which drives us to succeed together, creating a better world through meaningful connections. Ready to make an impact?

Step into a role where you are the guardian of TDS’ regulatory integrity. As the Sr. Administrator of Affordability Programs & Regulatory Compliance, you become the expert others rely on to navigate complex federal and state affordability program requirements. Each day, you’re the one ensuring the company stays aligned with rigorous standards—protecting TDS from risk, fines, and reputational harm.

In this position, you own the operational heartbeat of compliance. You will:

  • Analyze and submit precise federal and state reports, knowing your attention to detail directly supports our compliance standing.
  • Coordinate across multiple departments, bringing people and processes together to meet shared regulatory objectives.

You’ll regularly collaborate with groups across the company and serve as a liaison with agencies such as the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and various state commissions. In partnership with the Manager of Regulatory Compliance, you’ll help carry out FCC and state mandates, support audit activities, and guide the organization through an ever‑changing regulatory landscape.
