Dove lavorerai

Sarai inserito/a in una nella Business Cloud per uno dei maggiori Hyperscaler, focalizzata sulla proposta e commercializzazione di soluzioni e prodotti tecnologici innovativi

Cosa farai:

  • Supporterai nell'analisi delle esigenze, e nella gestione degli ordini e richieste di vendita del nostro portafoglio di servizi, garantendo un servizio tempestivo e orientato al cliente.
  • Supporterai nella proposta proattiva delle soluzioni e dei prodotti ai nostri clienti.
  • Fornirai nel tempo risposte alle richieste dei clienti, lavorando a stretto contatto con il team della BU.
  • Supporterai nella gestione dei backorder dei clienti e della reportistica.
  • Imparerai a costruire e mantenere eccellenti relazioni con i clienti attraverso un impegno proattivo e una conoscenza specialistica dei prodotti.

Cosa cerchiamo:

  • Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea in materie economiche o tecniche.
  • Motivazione ad apprendere una professione in ambito commerciale nel BtoB
  • Orientamento e motivazione a supportare nello sviluppo proattivo delle relazioni con i clienti
  • Interesse/passione per la tecnologia e per le soluzioni innovative a supporto della gestione dei processi aziendali
  • Orientamento al risultato, organizzazione personale e proattività.
  • Buona capacità di comunicazione e orientamento al lavoro in team.
  • Buona/ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e media conoscenza di Excel.

  • Tirocinio di 6 mesi + 6 mesi con rimborso spese superiore ai parametri di mercato.
  • Attività in modalità ibrida (2 giorni in ufficio, 3 giorni a casa).
