About this role

Será responsável por formular e executar a estratégia de desenvolvimento de negócios em colaboração com o Business Unit Manager e VBM responsáveis pelos Vendors. O principal objetivo deste cargo é acelerar a adoção de soluções e tecnologias pelos canais da empresa.

Este cargo também envolve a gestão direta dos BDMs e BDRs dos Vendors, coordenando a execução da estratégia, acompanhando indicadores de desempenho e promovendo o desenvolvimento coletivo e individual da equipe. 

 

Responsabilidades

  • Compreender as necessidades dos Vendors para formular e executar estratégias de negócios que impulsionem a adoção de soluções e tecnologias.
  • Liderar a equipe direta de BDMs e BDRs, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e de alto desempenho.
  • Atuar no desenvolvimento coletivo e individual da equipe, identificando oportunidades de capacitação e crescimento profissional.
  • Acompanhar e gerenciar indicadores-chave de desempenho da equipe, avaliando a eficácia das atividades e estratégias implementadas.
  • Estabelecer e gerenciar contatos e negociações com canais estratégicos, garantindo parcerias sólidas e mutuamente benéficas.
  • Elaborar e gerenciar o plano de desenvolvimento dos canais estratégicos, assegurando que as metas e objetivos sejam alcançados de maneira eficiente e eficaz.
  • Estabelecer as cadências necessárias para acompanhamento de plano de desenvolvimento de canais estratégicos;
  • Ser o ponto focal para interações dos Vendors sobre o tema desenvolvimento de negócios e canais, facilitando a comunicação e o alinhamento estratégico.
  • Manter e impulsionar o conhecimento de tendências de produtos, concorrentes, tecnologia e clientes no mercado do fabricante atribuído, utilizando essas informações para informar estratégias.
  • Promover cultura de inovação e melhoria contínua.
     

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Formação Superior Completa em Administração de Empresa, Gestão Comercial, Tecnologia, Engenharia, ou áreas correlatas;
  • Inglês intermediário/ avançado;
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em soluções de TI, envolvendo vendas e alianças através de canais, preferencialmente no setor de distribuição ou em fabricantes;
  • Histórico de pelo menos 2 anos liderando times comerciais ou de pré-vendas

  • Certificações de Vendas de Fabricantes;
  • MBA ou Especialização em Gestão de Negócios, Business Intelligence, ou áreas correlatas;

  • Conhecimento profundo sobre a dinâmica de um ecossistema Distribuição (Vendor > Distribuição > Canal)
  • Analise de dados,
  • Conhecimento do portfólio de produtos e tecnologia;
