About this role

Overview:

This role is responsible for managing daily engagement with assigned accounts, driving revenue and margin growth through strategic, consultative sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline development, with proven proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow customer relationships through consultative selling and strategic account planning.

  • Drive profitability by analyzing product mix and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities across TD SYNNEX’s full portfolio of products

  • Represent TD SYNNEX at partner events and act as a subject matter expert across departments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in consultative B2B sales and account management.

  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced use of business applications (Excel, CRM, etc.).

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable business plans.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading through influence.

Educational Requirements:

  • Required: High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
