    Job Purpose

    The Cloud Business Support role is essential to ensuring smooth operations within the TD SYNNEX Cloud Marketplace, used across EMEA to manage and purchase cloud services.

    You will provide operational support, help resolve issues, and assist internal business teams with platform‑related questions. This position sits between business and IT, making it ideal for someone who is analytical, logical, customer‑focused, and eager to learn more about cloud environments.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing and resolving tickets related to cloud marketplace issues;

    • investigating and correcting order or platform errors;

    • supporting business teams with platform‑related functional questions;

    • coordinating with sales teams and internal stakeholders across EMEA;

    • maintaining clear communication with business units;

    • performing Excel‑based tracking and operational tasks;

    • documenting processes relevant to daily operations;

    • identifying recurring issues and contributing to continuous improvement.

    • Strong English communication skills;

    • basic proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data;

    • logical and analytical thinking; patience and a customer‑focused approach;

    • willingness to learn cloud concepts;

    • ability to work in a diverse international environment;

    • experience in customer service, operational support, or sales is a plus;

    • general understanding of cloud services is helpful;

    • additional European languages are appreciated;
