Your responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the EVP strategy
- Developing and coordinating the employee engagement & retention projects
- Organizing team events and other experience activities
- Developing & Coordinating leadership/employee development activities and projects and implementing the needed activities
- Activating corporate values through storytelling, rituals, and informal culture practices to build a strong sense of belonging.

- Working experience with the C-level management
- Support of the experienced team members in HR department

Qualifications
- High education (Master’s degree would be an advantage)
- At least 3 years in Development and/or internal communications , managerial position would be a plus
- Excellent Georgian and English writing and spoken skills (level – advanced)
- Banking experience will be considered an advantage
