Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure finished products meet all customer, production, and quality standards before leaving the facility.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Use attention to detail to verify that final work products, including statements and letters, meet written instructions and production standards

  • Identify and communicate deficiencies in work tickets and coordinate efforts to correct errors

  • Examine materials by confirming required manufacturing or industry specifications using visual and measurement tests

  • Reject and return unacceptable materials and document rework as needed

  • Explain quality issues to operators and supervisors when products do not meet client instructions

  • Move throughout the facility to verify job accuracy across multiple machines

  • Cross-train in different departments, including postal, shipping, and hand table

  • Report quality concerns or issues to senior management immediately

  • Ensure all outgoing product is 100% accurate

  • Input production and quality data into internal systems

  • Learn and understand the full production process and the QA role within it

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards, procedures, and regulations

  • Inspect materials and products using fixed or preset measuring instruments

  • Ensure materials and products meet established tolerance levels and are not damaged

Your Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST

You Must Have:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Basic measuring skills, including the ability to read a ruler and other measuring devices

  • Basic problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer skills, including opening, saving, printing files, and entering data

  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on production needs

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements Within This Position:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information clearly

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Regular operation of machinery and handling of print materials

  • Frequent movement throughout the facility

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 25+ pounds

We Would Also Prefer:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Prior experience in the print industry or a fast-paced, high-production environment
