Your Opportunity:Taylor Communications is looking for a Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations by receiving, staging, moving, and preparing materials. This role plays a key part in keeping product flowing efficiently and accurately throughout the facility while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Unload and stage incoming shipments with various MHE equipment

  • Prepare and break down inbound shipments for accuracy validation

  • Put away product into correct inventory locations using MHE equipment

  • Pull orders accurately using paper or electronic systems

  • Operate forklift and/or related material handling equipment

  • Perform general warehouse housekeeping including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash

  • Follow all safety procedures in operating equipment and performing job duties

Your Shift: 2nd shift; Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:00am - OT as needed

You Must Have:

  • Ability to use a computer operating system to track inventory

  • Ability to work as a team member and independently

  • Flexibility to perform a variety of job assignments

  • Math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals

  • Ability and willingness to perform repetitive tasks

  • Ability to follow safety procedures

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Forklift experience

  • Clamp truck experience

  • Experience in a production related environment

  • 5+ years’ experience in warehousing

Compensation:
The anticipated hourly pay rate for this position is $19.00 – $20.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
