Role Overview
The Branch Sales Manager leads the branch sales team to achieve business targets, drive customer acquisition, and ensure operational excellence. This role involves team management, strategic planning, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive branch-level sales targets for Secured Business Loan/Micro LAP.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Officers.
• Monitor daily activities and performance of the sales team.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions in CRM.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
