Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of health and
safety (H&S) systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, company
policies, and best practices to foster a safe and healthy work environment.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining the organization’s H&S management system in alignment with legal and organizational standards.
  • Collect, analyze, and report health and safety performance indicators, including incident and accident trends.
  • Conduct workplace risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
  • Analyze the absenteeism month over month
  • Support the development and delivery of H&S training programs and awareness campaigns for employees.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to H&S policies, procedures, and compliance audits.
  • Assist in the investigation of workplace incidents, identifying root causes, and contributing to the development of corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Collaborate with the H&S Leader to ensure timely reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor and support the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, standards, and best practices in occupational health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Valid occupational health and safety license (mandatory).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a BPO or service-oriented industry.
  • Knowledge of national and international H&S standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
