Job Description

So what does a Bilingual Sales Agent really do? Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You’ll work to generate interest in our client’s offerings through daily engagement with prospects and leads.  You’ll use your top-notch communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers from first contact until you close the sale/deal.  
 

 Do you have what it takes to become a Bilingual Sales Agent ?

  • At least 6 months of experience in B2B or B2C Sales 

  • Great English communication skills - written and spoken- C1 CEFR

  • Passionate about sales and hitting Sales quota

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions

  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow independently

Nice to Have: 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM

  • Experience selling to US market Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Client (B2C).
     

As a Bilingual Sales Agent you will:

  • Drive outbound lead generation through cold calls and emails that connect our product value proposition to the prospect’s needs

  • Create a proposition strategy based on the specific lead prior to the actual contact by investigating the background and needs of the prospect

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

  • Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities though outbound calls

  • Meet and exceed Daily, Weekly and Monthly quota targets

  • Keep CRM up to date with all sales activity and notes

  • Work cross-functionally with different organizations such as Support, Marketing, and Customer Success
