Wat ga jij doen als operator?
Als operator in de continu ververij ligt de focus sterk op polyvalentie: je wordt grondig opgeleid om alle verschillende taken in de afdeling onder de knie te krijgen. Op termijn kan je doorgroeien naar een coördinerende functie waarbij je het volledige verfproces in goede banen leidt.
Je krijgt een opleiding van A-Z om alle taken onder de knie te krijgen:
Je moet nieuwe rollen tapijt aanstikken voor ze in de verfmachine gaan
Kleurstoffen moeten zorgvuldig afgewogen worden in de verfkeuken
Als kwaliteitscontroleur moet je opletten zodat onze klanten een perfect afgewerkt product ontvangen
Ben jij de kandidaat die wij zoeken?
Je hebt een relevante ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving
Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en flexibel
Je bent verantwoordelijk, communicatief en kan zelfstandig werken
Je hebt een zeer goede kennis NL, dit is de voertaal in het bedrijf (praten, lezen, schrijven)
Je kan vlot overweg met een computer
Je bent niet kleurenblind

Afwisselende functie met doorgroeimogelijkheden
Je werkt in een tweeploegensysteem in onze productie in Dendermonde, waarbij je zowel in dagshifts (7u30 tot 15u30) als late shifts (14u-22u) werkt. Je bent echter ook bereid om in een drieploegensysteem met late (14u-22u), vroege (6u-14u) en nachtshifts (22u-6u) te werken als dat nodig is voor de werkpost waar je ingeschakeld wordt. Je bent dus erg flexibel ingesteld en kan je gemakkelijk aanpassen aan elk uurrooster.
Onze verloning behoort tot de beste in de markt. Jouw verloning evolueert mee volgens de ervaring die je opbouwt. Je start aan 18,90 EUR/u + ploegepremie.
