About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and operating scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong hands-on development experience, end-to-end ownership, and a passion for building reliable systems in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern engineering best practices.• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including:
Application development
Unit and integration test development
Production alerting and monitoring
On-call and operational support responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.
Develop and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka.
Containerize and deploy applications using Docker in Linux-based environments.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve development and release processes.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices and standards.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on software development experience in building production-grade applications.
Strong proficiency in Java (17 or higher).
Extensive experience with Spring Boot and REST API development.
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, Docker, and Linux systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of complex systems.
Experience with frontend development (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks).
Exposure to or experience in AI/ML development or integrating ML models into applications.
