We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable self-starter who can follow instructions, move quickly, and help source top talent across the tech industry.</p><p>This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals or students looking to stand out with real-world recruiting experience.</p><p><strong>This is a contract part-time position for a student or recent graduate</strong></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li>$19.00 per hour CAD</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct Boolean searches on LinkedIn to source qualified candidates within the tech industry</li><li>Review and screen LinkedIn profiles to assess candidate fit based on role requirements</li><li>Support interview coordination and scheduling in collaboration with the HR team</li><li>Act as a point of contact between candidates and the HR team throughout the hiring process</li><li>Track outreach activity including connections, InMails, and candidate responses</li><li>Assist with improving and refining recruiting and sourcing processes</li><li>Build and expand professional networks through consistent outbound sourcing efforts</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Up to <strong>1 year of professional experience</strong> in recruitment or talent sourcing</li><li>Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or currently in progress)</li><li>Experience conducting Boolean searches; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite is an asset</li><li>Strong ability to follow instructions and execute tasks with minimal supervision</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li>Highly organized, dependable, and proactive</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li><li>Goal-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability</li><li>Positive, go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and improve</li></ul><p><em>TapMango welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
