Responsibilities
As a Livestream Content Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring live broadcasts to ensure they comply with Tango's community guidelines and safety standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a positive, respectful, and safe environment for our global user base.
- Monitor live video streams in real time to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
- Identify, review, and take action on content that violates guidelines (inappropriate, harmful, or abusive behaviour)
- Enforce moderation actions such as warnings, shutdown, or account suspension when necessary
- Respond to user reports and escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior moderators or internal teams
- Stay up to date on policy changes and moderation best practices
- Work collaboratively with moderation and support teams to improve platform safety
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in moderation
- Intermediate level of English
- Good computer skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of focus and concentration
- Able to work a combination of day and night shifts
- 2/2 12-hour workday schedule
