<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p>• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable application features and services.</p>
<p>• Contribute to both client-facing and server-side components of the platform.</p>
<p>• Write clean, readable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.</p>
<p>• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.</p>
<p>• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and Design teams.</p>
<p>• Review code, participate in pull requests, and support pair programming.</p>
<p>• Share knowledge, contribute to documentation, and support onboarding of team members.</p>
<p>• Own features and projects end-to-end, from design through deployment and monitoring.</p>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<p>• 5+ years of professional software development experience.</p>
<p>• Strong, hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js in production environments.</p>
<p>• Strong, hands-on experience building backend services using Python.</p>
<p>• Proven ability to work effectively across frontend and backend codebases.</p>
<p>• Solid understanding of SQL databases and data modeling.</p>
<p>• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred).</p>
<p>• Strong testing mindset (unit, integration, regression).</p>
<p>• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor AI).</p>
<p>• Excellent communication skills in English.</p>
