Positions range from permanent clinical float roles (Full time or Part Time) to Seasonal 13-week assignments with significantly higher base pay. • Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care 
• Assists physicians during examinations and procedures 
• Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse 
• Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills 21 
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals 



  • Must have a minimum of two years of related work experience and be deemed competent.
  • Licenses/Certifications:  Current FL State Nursing license; BLS and ACLS and NIHSS certification required.
  • Must be able to work on any unit within the assigned division. 
  • Must work 3 shifts per week*
  • Must work every other weekend*
  • Will be required to float to other units at both campuses as needed. (Brooksville & Spring Hill)
